Ivan Perisic Firmly Back In Project Following Recent Turnaround, Italian Media Reports | OneFootball

Ivan Perisic is once again central in Inter’s project thanks to his recent turnaround out on the pitch according to an Italian media report today.

Tuttosport, via their print edition, claim that the Croatian has now become almost irreplaceable at left wing-back with him having convinced Inter coach Antonio Conte with his performances in that role.

Not only has he convinced with his attacking ability but also his defensive application.

Upon his return to the club in the Summer after a season long loan at Bayern Munich, Perisic was up for sale at Inter and it seemed like he would leave.

Perisic’s adaption to left wing-back and his desire have however made things different for him at the club as of late and he has been able to get back into the project having shown a different mentality to the one he arrived at pre-season with in Conte’s first season in charge.
