📸 It looks like Eden Hazard finally has his Real Madrid shirt number

Real Madrid fans have been anxiously waiting all summer for marquee signing Eden Hazard to be given a shirt number.

They have been unable to buy jerseys with the brilliant Belgian’s name on the back as they await official confirmation of his jersey.

It appears that their wait may be finally over though – at least according to the club’s official website.

In the squad listing available on Real Madrid’s website, Hazard has now been given the jersey many expected – the famous No. 7.

That had previously belonged to Mariano, who is listed as being the club’s new No. 24, per the Real site.

Throughout pre-season, the former Chelsea man had worn the No. 50 as he awaited his preferred number being made available.
