The latest report from Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Inter have already been in talks with the striker’s entourage and that the Serie A giants are ready to send a formal offer for the 25-year-old.

According to the report, Inter are ready to offer David €5m per season until 2030.

It remains to be seen if the sum will be enough for the Canadian striker and his entourage, given that previous reports claimed David’s salary demand was €9m while commission fees were close to €10m.

According to the report, David’s representatives have also been in talks with Barcelona, Arsenal and Juventus.

Inter seem unwilling to offer David a higher salary, especially considering that captain Lautaro Martinez is the highest earner at the club with €9m per season.

Nevertheless, the Nerazzurri are convinced they must strengthen the attack in the summer transfer window and have set their sights on multiple targets, including Bologna’s Santiago Castro.
