Inter striker Eddie Salcedo bagged an assist in Serie B side Bari’s 6-2 rout of Brescia yesterday to continue his start to the season on loan with the Apulian team.
This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who highlight the 20-year-old’s contribution to his current team’s start to the season, which has seen them climb to level on points at the top of the table at the present moment.
Bari went into yesterday’s match three points behind their opponents on the day, with Salcedo’s team on 12 points from six matches compared to high-flying Brescia’s 15 points.
However, the Apulians took advantage of the opportunity to claw back that territory, winning 6-2, having even been 6-0 up at one point, as the young Nerazzurri striker continues to gain regular playing time and help the team to a positive start to the campaign.
Salcedo came on in the 70th minute, and then in the 77th minute assisted French striker Aurelien Schneidler.
