Inter Milan striker Mehdi Taremi reportedly wants a move to PSV despite Olympiacos having an agreement with the Nerazzurri.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
With deadline day looming, Inter have still not managed to find a new club for striker Mehdi Taremi.
The Iranian has looked set to leave Inter for much of the summer transfer window.
And multiple potential destinations have emerged.
Reportedly, Leeds United and Fulham have shown an interest in bringing Taremi to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Ligue 1 side Lille have also come forward. As have Serie A new boys Sassuolo.
Botafogo and Flamengo had already tried to bring Taremi to Brazil. However, the 33-year-old has made clear that he prefers to stay in Europe.

In the last few days, as Taremi has remained on the market, a few clubs have emerged as suitors for the Iranian ready to swoop in before deadline day.
PSV have been one of those clubs. The Dutch club emerged with an interest last weekend.
Then, Greek giants Panathanaikos and Olympiacos have also shown an interest.
It has been Olympiacos who have reached an agreement with Inter to bring Taremi to Athens.
The Nerazzurri would stand to benefit to the tune of around €10 million between offloading Taremi’s wages and receiving a relatively small transfer fee.
However, Taremi himself has yet to agree to a move to Olympiacos.
That is because the Iranian international still prefers joining PSV out of the clubs with an interest in him.
