Inter Midfielder Stefano Sensi Set To Join Sampdoria On Loan, Italian Broadcaster Reports

Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi is set to join Sampdoria on a dry loan for the rest of the season.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the 26-year-old will complete a loan move to the Blucerchiati where he will hope to find consistent playing time.
Sensi had looked close to a move to Sampdoria prior to the Nerazzurri’s Copa Italia clash with Empoli, but an injury to Joaquin Correa during that match led the club to hold back on allowing him to leave on loan as they reconsidered their transfer strategy.
The 26-year-old came off the bench to score Inter’s dramatic extra-time winner during that match.
However, it now looks as though that crucial goal will be Sensi’s sendoff to the Nerazzurri for this season, as he looks set to link up with new coach Marco Giampaolo at Sampdoria, as he will complete his loan move to the Ligurian club.
