Inter have not ruled out a move for Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi this month, but only if at least one of Stefano Sensi or Matias Vecino leave the club during the window.

This according to today’s print edition of today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri are considering a late push for the Neroverdi man if they feel their midfield needs reinforcements.

Frattesi is a major long-term target in midfield at Inter, who have been pursuing a deal for him during the summer.

However, they could yet look to speed up the process of signing the 22-year-old and push to sign him for the rest of the campaign should the situation in their current midfield change.

Sensi could still depart on loan for Sampdoria on loan, with the 26-year-old still reportedly hoping for the loan switch to Liguria to go ahead so that he can find form playing regularly.

Vecino, as well, could be allowed to leave the Nerazzurri six months before his contract runs out should the right offer come along, and his departure could also lead the club to move for Frattesi during the window.
