This transfer window has become a bit of a circus for Chelsea, or at least according to the vast reports we keep seeing on a daily basis.

Chelsea have yet to make any new signings for the men’s team as the window ticks by, but according to the Portuguese media last night, they are about to make an offer to sign a new midfielder in the next hours.
