Despite losing players almost every week due to injury problems, Rangers regrouped themselves for a tricky test against Dundee United. The Light Blues have struggled on the road throughout the season, but they scripted a spirited comeback en route to their 3-1 victory at Tannadice Park on Sunday afternoon.

Below are the Rangers players rated in their 3-1 win against Dundee United.

Jack Butland: 7

Made a decent save to deny Luca Stephenson moments before Sam Dalby’s early opener. Was hardly tested otherwise except for some routine stops between the sticks.

James Tavernier: 7.5

Set it up for Mohamed Diomande’s equalizer. Offered his creative spark with timely overlapping runs, crosses, long balls and cut insides.

Robin Propper: 8

His deflected strike earned the Gers a 2-1 lead soon after the half-time break. Not only did the Dutchman dominate the duels and tackles but also maintained his calmness and composure while playing it out from the back.

Clinton Nsiala: 7

Was in the right place at the right time while partnering with Propper in the heart of the backline. Impressed once again amid the absence of first-team centre-backs.

Jefte: 7.5

Another strong performance from the Brazilian left fullback who balanced his game between defence and attack. Won the majority of duels and also made timely recoveries and clearances to deal with the danger.

Mohamed Diomande: 8

An eventful afternoon for the Ivorian whose stellar strike from the edge of the box found the bottom corner. Was a threat with his down-the-middle runs and attempts from the distance. Got sent off bizarrely in the closing moments of the match.

Nicolas Raskin: 7.5

Tried to orchestrate the game from the deep by marshalling the defence as well as stretching it wide with his technical traits and passing expertise. Got dispossessed a few times but was swift enough to cover the ground.

Nedim Bajrami: 6

Another below-par performance from the Albanian who was at fault during Dalby’s early strike. Lost the majority of duels and was largely unproductive from the wide before making way for Paul Nsio late in the game.

Ianis Hagi: 8

Laid it on for Propper early into the second half and was a constant threat with his dribbles, swift runs and link-up football. Received plaudits from the travelling fans before making way for Zak Lovelace in the closing minutes of the contest.

Hamza Igamane: 8.5

Could not find the net despite coming close on several occasions. However, the Moroccan terrorized the Tangerines’ backline with his tricky footwork, dribbles and directness in and around the attacking third.

Cyriel Dessers: 8

Extended his scoring streak to four successive games as the Nigerian picked up Lovelace’s pass and fired it beyond Jack Walton from inside the box.
