Thomas Tuchel has been touted as a replacement for manager Erik ten Hag.

Tuchel is set to leave Bayern Munich after failing to win silverware this season.

His team lost the Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen and were knocked out of the Champions League by Real Madrid in midweek.

The 50-year-old has been tipped to replace Ten Hag but insists nothing is set in stone.

“I have no idea – I will think about things in peace,” Tuchel said in his recent press conference. “Things have been clear since February. I will take my time. There’s been no discussions with other clubs.”

Man United will return to Premier League action on Sunday as they welcome title contenders Arsenal to Old Trafford.

The Red Devils suffered a humiliating 4-0 loss at Crystal Palace in their previous league outing, and confidence in their camp is likely to be very low.

However, beating the Gunners to dent their Premier League title hopes will be a big motivation for United.

Arsenal have won four consecutive league games since losing to Aston Villa last month.

However, they have claimed one victory from their last 16 top-flight visits to Old Trafford.
