Henrik Larsson to receive Outstanding Contribution Award | OneFootball

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the legendary Henrik Larsson - the King of Kings is to be honoured at the Celtic FC Player of the Year awards ceremony on Sunday, May 12 at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.

In a special tribute, Henrik, one of the club’s greatest ever players will be presented with the Outstanding Contribution Award to recognise his unforgettable time at Paradise.

With 315 games in the Hoops between 1997 and 2004, Larsson's impact on the field was nothing short of extraordinary. His remarkable tally of 242 goals places Henrik as the club's third all-time top scorer.

Our very own Magnificent Seven represented the Hoops with absolute distinction, lifting four League titles, two Scottish Cups and two League Cups.

Henrik was also instrumental in taking Celtic to the UEFA Cup final in Seville in 2003.

Above all, he brought unparalleled quality and grace to the Celtic jersey.
