Has Kevin Danso played his last game for RC Lens? | OneFootball

Kevin Danso (25) is the subject of interest from some top teams from across Europe. After sustaining an injury over the weekend, he may have now played his final game for RC Lens.

According to Sports Zone, Bayer Leverkusen and Inter Milan are among the clubs interested in the Austrian international. However, the centre-back grew up in England and he is reportedly keen on a return with Premier League sides circling. It is therefore possible, even likely that Danso will leave Les Sang et Or this summer.

He may even have played his final game for Lens. Danso was injured just before half-time in Friday’s 2-0 victory over FC Lorient and replaced by Massadio Haidara. Post-match, Franck Haise revealed that Danso, who was celebrating his 100th Ligue 1 appearance, on the night, had suffered an adductor injury, adding that it is unlikely that he will recover in time to feature in any of Lens’ final two games of the Ligue 1 season. The Austrian will undergo further tests but he may have already played his final game in the red and gold of Lens.
