Harry Kane’s brace against Eintracht Frankfurt in Bayern Munich’s 2-1 win on Saturday afternoon takes the Englishman’s tally to 42 goals across all competitions, a new personal record.

Kane’s previous best record of 41 goals in a single season was set in the 2017/18 campaign.

But not only that, Kane also becomes the first player in history to score or assist against every Bundesliga side that he’s faced in his debut season. And England’s top scorer has also scored against 16 of the 17 different opponents he’s faced in the Bundesliga this season, a joint-record in a single campaign, along with Gerd Müller (66/67, 69/70), Ailton (03/04) and Robert Lewandowski (19/20, 20/21), per Opta.

What’s more, Kane’s brace today takes his tally to 400 goals in his senior playing career for both club and country.
