Bayern Munich have announced that goalkeeper Sven Ulreich has agreed an extension with the club.
The 34-year-old German, who is in his second stint with the Bavarians, has put pen to paper on a further one-year deal and will now remain at the club until 2024.
“I’m very happy to stay on at FC Bayern. The cooperation with the whole team and especially with Manuel Neuer has grown into something special over many years,” Ulreich said, per club media.
“We’re perfectly attuned to each other and I really enjoy my job. FC Bayern knows that I’m always there when they need me.
“The goal is to win more titles, that’s what we’re all here for, that’s what we give everything for every day.”
Ulreich has deputised three times in the Bundesliga this season, keeping two clean sheets as Die Roten claimed maximum points.
