A pair of La Liga clubs have positioned themselves front and centre in the hunt for an out-of-favour member of the attacking ranks at German giants Bayern Munich.
That’s according to Relevo, who point towards Bryan Zaragoza as the player in question.
Wide-man Zaragoza, for his part, secured a move to the Allianz Arena during the January transfer window, when the Bayern brass agreed to fork over an increased sum, to move his planned arrival from Granada forward by six months.
Safe to say, however, that the transfer has since not worked out as planned, for either party.
Across his first half-season, the 22-year-old was afforded just seven Bundesliga appearances, for a grand total of less than 180 minutes.
Such woes have culminated in inevitable suggestions that Zaragoza could even be on the move this summer, with Barcelona, for one, tipped as a potential landing spot.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word doing the rounds in the media this weekend is anything to go by, it is another two La Liga clubs who are in fact better positioned to strike a deal for Zaragoza.
As per a report from Relevo’s Javier Rodríguez Pascual:
It is worth noting, however, that interest in the services of the attacker stems well beyond simply the borders of his home country.
Clubs from all of England, Italy and France, too, are understood to be keeping a close eye on Zaragoza’s situation.
