Gianluigi Buffon has completed his sensational move back to Parma.

The 43-year-old Italian became the most expensive goalkeeper in the world when Juventus bought him from Parma in 2001.

The deal, which also included Lilian Thuram, was worth €52m in total.

Buffon first joined Parma in 1991 and began his senior career with the club in 1995, playing six seasons with the club and winning the Uefa Cup and the Coppa Italia.
