Getafe star the subject of €20m Premier League bid | OneFootball

Getafe star Christantus Uche has this week come in for a considerable transfer offer by way of the Premier League.

That’s according to market insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Wolverhampton Wanderers as the club hot on the trail of the Nigerian.

Uche is for his part understood to be a man in-demand this summer.

Fresh off a sparkling debut campaign in the colours of the aforementioned Getafe, the 22-year-old has been linked with a whole host of clubs from across Spain and beyond.

His performance en route to the Azulones’ opening day victory over Celta Vigo this past weekend only culminated in interest mounting further, after Uche notched a goal and an assist in a 2-0 result.

And as aluded to above, this week, as much has given rise to a fresh proposal for the versatile midfielder/attacker.

As per a report from journalist Fabrizio Romano:

‘Wolves have submitted official bid to Getafe worth €20m for Christantus Uche. Negotiations underway to get deal done as Wolves want new striker asap.’
