Federico Gatti has just produced one of the worst own-goals we’ve ever seen!
The Juve man found himself on the receiving end of a pass from Wojciech Szczęsny, as the Serie A giants chased the game in stoppage time against Sassuolo.

But inexplicably, Gatti played the ball back towards Szczęsny’s without checking to see if he was ready to receive the ball.
The ball proceeded to fly into the back of the Bianconeri’s net as their goalkeeper was nowhere to be found.
The own-goal was the cherry on top of Juve’s worst performance of the season, in a 4-2 loss to the Neroverdi.
There have been some ludicrous own-goals in the past, but this one may take some topping!
