Galway United and Athlone Town are the only two sides with back-to-back wins after two match days in the Avenir Sports All-Island Cup.

Group A: Linfield 2-1 Bohemians, Lisburn Ladies 0-6 Peamount United

Group B: Wexford 6-0 Cliftonville, Shelbourne 3-0 Cork City

Group C: Crusaders Strikers o-2 Treaty United, Shamrock Rovers 4-0 DLR Waves

Group D: Galway United 4-0 Glentoran, Athlone Town 2-1 Sligo Rovers

Linfield came from behind to defeat Bohemians whose Sarah McKevitt found the net via the crossbar in the second half, before Bernadette Ferreira and an own-goal by Orlagh Fitzpatrick turned the game around. Peamount United put six past hosts Lisburn Ladies, Erin McLaughlin and Ellen Dolan both bagging a brace.

In Group B, Wexford hit Cliftonville for six as Ceola Bergin netted a hat-trick, Shelbourne’s Jemma Quinn struck a 13-minute first-half treble in the defeat of Cork City.

Delana Friesen and Erin van Dolder scored as Treaty United took the points 2-0 at Crusaders Strikers in Group C, Shamrock Rovers saw off DLR Waves 4-0 with one each from Joy Ralph, Lia O’Leary, Aine O’Gorman and Ella Kelly.

Galway United confirmed victory over Glentoran with a couple of late goals, Kate Thompson, Jenna Slattery and Eve Dossen among the scorers. Also in Group D, Athlone Town edged Sligo Rovers 2-1 with Ciara O’Neill effort and Chloe Singleton penalty late in the first half, Muireann Devaneyhalving the deficit on 76 minutes.
