PSG head coach Christophe Galtier has been speaking to the media ahead of the Champions League clash with Benfica on Wednesday night.
Here’s what he had to say.
“Marco Verratti has 90 minutes in his legs. He played a lot but he came out a lot during the match. He is ready and has no physical problems.”
“We will have to be able to play under pressure and be more effective than we have been lately on the offensive level.
“There will be an extraordinary atmosphere in a stadium that is growing strong.
“We’ve been following this team since the draw, I’m not surprised at their level. They can be a real candidate for the group leader.
“We will have to be more efficient than we have recently. They are a team that puts enormous pressure on the first restarts. We will have to play well under pressure.”
“They are great professionals! Portuguese football produces incredible players.
“There are real talents, very professional and very respectful!”
