The friendly between SV Werder Bremen and SC Preußen Münster, originally scheduled for Friday, 5th September 2025, has unfortunately been cancelled. The reason is a combination of international call-ups and injuries within the Green-Whites’ squad. Tickets purchased via the “Reservix” portal will be refunded in full.

“We would have liked to play the match as planned, but under the circumstances it would not have been a meaningful exercise,” explained Clemens Fritz, managing director for sport at SVW. “We’d like to thank Preußen Münster and VfB Oldenburg as organisers for their understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to reschedule the game at the Marschwegstadion in Oldenburg in the future.”
