Game of the weekend

Tottenham v Wolves

In terms of action, it’s a bit of a bland matchweek but this fixture could provide us with some entertainment.

Tottenham are still hunting for European football next season and after losing to Leeds last time out, the Ryan Mason honeymoon took a hit – which they will want to avenge.

But Wolves have won four of the last five league meetings between these two and could be hungry for another upset.

🔮 Our prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Wolves

Easiest three points

Newcastle v Manchester City

We’re not saying Newcastle will be on the beach, but we’d also understand if they played against Manchester City with a piña colada in hand.

They have avoided relegation, Callum Wilson is out for the remainder of the season and some players will have the European Championship in mind.

City, meanwhile, will want to put on a show after being named champions on Tuesday and these factors could work perfectly in their favour.

🔮 Our prediction: Newcastle 0-2 Man City

Potential upset

Brighton v West Ham

Despite a couple of hiccups, West Ham are still well placed for European football next season even if the great Jesse Lingard hot streak has cooled.

So naturally, their nerves are being tested which will ensue their dramatic late collapse – starting with their trip to Brighton on Saturday.

The Seagulls perform well every week and somehow still end up losing, but everything will click against West Ham with the shackles off.

🔮 Our prediction: Newcastle 0-2 Man City

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

We’re in that weird part of the season where there isn’t much to play for, with some teams already relegated or in mid-table.

West Brom are part of that exclusive club but Liverpool are most certainly not. Champions League football hangs in the balance for them.

And Mohamed Salah will be hungrier than ever with his 21 goals – just one behind Harry Kane – and facing the Baggies could be an easy goal or three.
