The meeting have taken place between 11 major European clubs named as “founders” and a further five clubs who would be named as “initial guests”.

Documents ready to be signed this month reveal Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, PSG, Juventus and AC Milan as some of the founder clubs.

The other clubs are Premier League giants Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool. According to the report, the 11 founder clubs would be ineligible for relegation for 20 years.

On top of those 11, the initial invited clubs would be Atlético Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Marseille, Inter and Roma.

The agreement would reportedly see the clubs quit their domestic leagues as well as Europe’s competitions.
