Serie A has its first managerial casualty as Monza have sacked coach Giovanni Stroppa, just six games into the new season.
The newly-promoted side, run by ex-Milan duo Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani, have just one point on the board after a draw with Lecce at the weekend.
