Former Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales has been banned for three years by FIFA.
The world-governing body ratified the ban on Monday which excludes him from all football-related activities at national and international levels.

It relates to his post-game behaviour after the Women’s World Cup final in August, notably his unwanted kiss on Jenni Hermoso during Spain’s celebrations after defeating England.
That violation of FIFA’s code of conduct led to a provisional 90-day suspension while a full investigation was carried out.
The decision remains subject to a potential appeal, although it is unclear if Rubiales plans to do so.
