Theo Walcott has announced his retirement from football on Friday morning.

The 47-time England international remains the youngest player to ever play for the Three Lions, making his debut at just 17 years and 75 days old.

Walcott broke through as a 16-year-old at Southampton and soon joined Arsenal, where he spent 12 years, scoring over 100 goals and winning two FA Cups.

He went on to play for Everton and Southampton again before deciding to end his career now, aged 34.
