Everton sign Spanish international midfielder Gabarro | OneFootball

Everton have completed the signing of Spanish international midfielder Inma Gabarro.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Blue Girls this afternoon.

Gabarro joins Everton on a free transfer after leaving former club Sevilla earlier this summer. The 21-year-old came through the Spanish club’s youth ranks before gaining experience in Sevilla’s B team. Gabarro made her first team debut during the 2019/2020 season and she has gone on to make 120 appearances in the finetwork Liga F.

On the international stage, Gabarro has been capped by Spain on five occasions at senior level. She has scored two goals for her country.

After joining Everton, Gabarro said “It’s my first time here in the English league and I’m really looking forward to coming here. I think Everton is a club where you can continue your development. I’m 21 years old, I’m young and I think this club invests in players like me. I like the style of play because I watched matches last year. This is a team that fits with my approach to the game.”

Gabarro becomes Everton’s sixth signing of the summer. The Merseyside club have had a very busy transfer window so far.
