Everton’s physio department will be put to work ahead of their preseason campaign after Amadou Onana picked up an injury.
The midfielder was on international duty with Belgium but has been forced to withdraw due to a minor groin issue.

The 21-year-old’s impressive 2022/23 season featuring 35 appearances plus one goal and two assists, earned him a chance to shine for the national team again.
He has six caps to his name but must wait for others as he returns to Finch Farm for treatment.
Everton remain hopeful Onana will be fit for the start of pre-season training next month.
