They registered a shock 1-0 success over Arsenal in February before defeating Leeds United and Brentford.

Dyche’sside recently held Chelsea to a 2-2 draw after substitute Ellis Simms popped up with an 89th-minute equaliser.

The Toffees will not play for the next two weeks due to the international break. They return to action early next month – here’s a look at Everton’s fixtures in April.

Tottenham Hotspur – April 3 (H)

The Blues missed two golden opportunities which ultimately cost them the match. Harry Kane broke the deadlock by converting his spot-kick in the second half before Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg added another to wrap up the win.

With Premier League survival at stake, the Merseyside outfit cannot afford to lose their home games, even if they are up against Tottenham.

Manchester United – April 8 (A)

Everton visit Man United aiming to get a good result at Old Trafford. However, that will be easier said than done as the Red Devils have been outstanding under Erik ten Hag this season.

The Toffees had made a brilliant start in their previous league fixture against United, with Alex Iwobi giving them an early breakthrough.

However, the Manchester giants responded with goals from Antony and Cristiano Ronaldo to win the contest 2-1.

Fulham – April 15 (H)

Fulham have made a spectacular start to life in the top flight after gaining promotion from the Championship last season.

They stand a good chance of securing European football next term, as they are ninth in the table with 39 points from 27 matches.

Everton played out a goalless draw with Fulham last time out, with Jordan Pickford making a string of fine saves to deny Marco Silva’s men.

Crystal Palace – April 22 (A)

Patrick Vieira was sacked after he led Crystal Palace to a miserable run of form in 2023.

The Eagles are 12th in the table but just three points above the relegation zone and in danger of dropping into the Championship.

Dyche’s side will be aiming to secure maximum points when they meet Palace at Selhurst Park, but the Eagles will be battling hard to stay in the richest football league.

Newcastle United – April 27 (H)

Everton lost 1-0 to Newcastle United in October, with Miguel Almiron’s strike separating the two sides at St James’ Park.

The Magpies are strong contenders for a top-four finish and getting a result against them will be difficult for the Toffees, even if they are playing at Goodison Park.
