Erling Haaland scored his first Premier League goal after converting a penalty past West Ham substitute goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.
Areola brought Haaland down in the area and the referee awarded the spot-kick without hesitation.
The Norwegian then celebrated with his trademark meditation pose witnessed on occasion at Borussia Dortmund.
He’s off to a flyer in the Premier League after he fired in his second, his brace putting Manchester City 2-0 up over West Ham at the London Stadium.
That means he’s already following in the footsteps of City’s all-time top scorer.
He was replaced in the 78th minute for Julian Álvarez, so no hat-trick today.
