According to the Telegraph, Ten Hag flew from Amsterdam to London by private jet on Wednesday afternoon with his assistant Mitchell van der Gaag and the pair were due to meet staff at the club’s London offices on Thursday.
He is expected to remain in London and travel to Selhurst Park on Sunday to see his new players take on Crystal Palace.
United will be hoping to clinch their place in the Europa League next season in order to avoid the Europa Conference League.
