Endrick and Vitor Roque have both earned moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively and we take a look at some of the differences between both players.

Brazil

Endrick has already made his debut for Brazil. As Marca report, he made his debut on 16 November 2023 in the 80th minute of the match against Colombia, at the age of 17, becoming the fourth youngest player to make their debut with Brazil. Vitor Roque made his debut in a friendly against Morocco, aged 18 years and 25 days in March of this year.

Positions on the pitch

Both are strikers, but with differences. Endrick can operate more outside the box, even starting as a winger, although never playing as a winger, as he always drives inside. At Palmeiras, he played mostly as a second striker and can be more of a creator from a playmaker position, whereas Roque is more of a pure 9 and is very quick in and around the box.

Contracts at Barcelona and Real Madrid

Vitor Roque cost Barcelona around €30m plus €31m in variables and signed for six seasons plus an optional one. Endrick’s price varies depending on the source. It is between €60m and €70m, with €35m fixed plus variables and taxes. He will sign with Real Madrid until 2027 with an option for another three years, until 2030.
