Two headline members of Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid squad have tonight taken to social media, to reveal their bemusement with developments in the final moments of their side’s meeting with Valencia.

As much, of course, comes on the back of an outing to remember at the Mestalla.

With the scoreline locked at two goals apiece deep into injury-time, Real Madrid appeared to have completed the most remarkable of comebacks with the final kick of the game.

This came after Jude Bellingham nodded home a fine Brahim Díaz delivery from the right, sparking frantic celebrations amongst the visitors’ stars.

Such joy, however, soon turned to despair.

As the realisation set in that Bellingham’s goal would not count, it became clear that referee Jesús Gil Manzano had in fact blown the full-time whistle, mere milliseconds before the ball found the net.

Chaos, in turn, ensued, as no fewer than 20 players, as well as coaches and staff, quickly surrounded the man in charge at the Mestalla.

The crestfallen Bellingham, for his part, was subsequently sent off, as all of a Real Madrid persuasion were forced to face up to what has since been labelled a ‘robbery’.

And yet, as alluded to above, the fallout did not come to an end upon the visitors’ stars at long last making their way from the pitch a short time ago.

Not even close…

This comes with both Vinícius Jr. and Aurélien Tchouaméni having taken to social media, to make their feelings crystal clear.
