Real Madrid have announced a contract extension for Eduardo Camavinga.
The 20-year-old’s previous deal wasn’t set to expire until June 2027, but he has signed a two-year extension which will keep him at the Bernabéu until 2029, with a release clause set at €1 billion.
Camavinga joined Los Blancos from Rennes in the summer of 2021 and established himself as a key player under Carlo Ancelotti last season.
The midfielder – who is often deployed as an inverted full-back – has so far made 114 appearances for the club, scoring two goals. At international level he has been capped 12 times by France.
