Dybala swaps shirts with Buffon after helping Roma to 1-0 win over Pisa | OneFootball

Paulo Dybala swapped shirts with Louis Buffon, the son of the legendary Gianluigi, after Roma’s 1-0 victory against Pisa in Serie A on Saturday night.

La Joya was named among the substitutes, but emerged in the second half and had another positive impact on the Giallorossi performance.

Though it was Matias Soule who came up with the winning goal, Sunday’s post-match reports praised Dybala for changing the game after he came on.

During the post-match celebrations, Dybala took an opportunity to swap jerseys with the son of his former Juventus teammate, Buffon.

Louis Buffon had also been on Juve’s books as a youngster, but secured a permanent move to Pisa during the January transfer window when they were still fighting for promotion from Serie B.

The 17-year-old Buffon has only made one senior appearance in his career to date, a six-minute cameo in a 3-2 defeat against Spezia last season. He has, however, been named among the substitutes for both of Pisa’s first two Serie A matches after promotion.

Buffon has also been called up for several youth international matches over the last year, but for Czechia rather than Italy, due to his eligibility from his mother’s side of the family.
