Borussia Dortmund defender Dan-Axel Zagadou has been ruled out for ‘two to three weeks’ after suffering a torn hamstring.
Zagadou was forced off during the 1-1 draw against Mainz on Saturday, with Manuel Akanji late brought on to replace him.
“He has a torn hamstring and will probably be missing for two to three weeks,” head coach Edin Terzić revealed on Monday.
The 21-year-old will now miss crucial Bundesliga games against Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Mönchengladbach.
