Borussia Dortmund have rejected an opening bid of €78m from Manchester United for Jadon Sancho.
United have long-standing interest in Sancho who almost joined the club last summer before talks eventually broke down.
According to Simon Stone of BBC Sport, the Bundesliga club are holding out for €90m plus a further €5m in add-ons.
Dortmund are also demanding a shorter repayment period than the five years United are currently offering.
It’s understood that Sancho has a pre-existing gentleman’s agreement with BVB to leave this summer, should their conditions be met (price and time).
The 21-year-old was a standout performer last season, scoring 16 goals and assisting 14 in 38 appearances.
