Fiorentina have signed Shakhtar Donetsk wing-back Dodo.

The right-back had his medical on Thursday and put pen to paper on Friday at Fiorentina's Centro Sportivo C Benatti training camp in Moena.

Dodo joins in a loan deal with an obligation to buy for a total of €14.5m including add-ons and performance-related bonuses.

The defender, 22, moves from Shakhtar, having also played in Portugal with Vitoria Guimaraes.
