DONE DEAL? Ex-Liverpool winger Ibe undergoing Adanaspor medical

Former Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe is set to resume his career in Turkey.

Ibe is reportedly set to join Turkish side Adanaspor.

The 26-year-old has been without a club since leaving Derby County in 2021, after his contract was cancelled by mutual consent.

Daily Telegraph journalist Mike McGrath reported on Sunday that Ibe was set to undergo a medical at Adanaspor who play in Turkey's second tier, the TFF First League.

Ibe has seemingly confirmed the move on social media, posting photos on his Instagram of him in Istanbul, along with a picture of him boarding a plane with the caption: “The journey begins now".

In an initial post on Sunday, Ibe wrote: “Today I close the door on the past, open the door to the future, take a deep breath, step on through and start a new chapter in my life".
