Nottingham Forest performed extremely well to pick up a 2-1 win at Bramall Lane in the first leg of their Championship play-off semi final against Sheffield United.

The Reds were devastating in transition and would have been disappointed to only take a 1-0 lead into half time on Saturday afternoon.

Steve Cooper’s men have been on an incredible journey since the Welshman took over with the Reds rock bottom of the division, and they can book their spot at Wembley Stadium with a similar performance at the City Ground on Tuesday evening.

The Blades are likely to approach the game slightly differently to how they did in the home leg, but Cooper’s men are expected to fly out of the blocks to try and kill off the tie, despite taking a one goal advantage into the encounter.
