Qatari side Al Rayyan are reportedly in talks with Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa with a view to a move this summer.
The Spain international netted five goals last season and has found the back of the net just a solitary time this time around.
There are justifiable doubts at the Wanda as to the 30-year-old’s productivity in front of goal and now a story in AS has claimed that he could be leaving come the end of the campaign.
They say that the Qatari club have already been in contact with the former Chelsea man, and are ready to make a mov come June 2020.
Former Sevilla defender and Argentina international Gabriel Mercado, as well as ex-Porto star Yacine Brahimi, are both currently on Al Rayyan’s books.
