Well folks, Chelsea fans, it might finally be time to start getting a little bit excited about another potential signing arriving very soon.

Let’s remember though, this is not a done deal yet and nobody is reporting it as one, but it now looks like Chelsea are getting very close to sealing a deal to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla, a player they have been wanting to sign now for the last year or so.
