Deportivo Alavés pushing for signing of Granada star | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Deportivo Alavés have set their sights firmly on the signature of a member of the attacking ranks at Granada.

That’s according to Marca, who point towards Lucas Boyé as the player in question.

The Alavés brass are widely understood to be on the lookout for reinforcements in the attacking third before the summer is out.

This comes following the departure of Asier Villalibre for Racing Santander.

Boyé, in turn, has been identified as the ideal addition, both from a technical and financial point of view.

The Argentine’s ownership is currently split between Granada and Elche, making the transfer a touch more complicated for Alavés to push over the line.

Confidence nevertheless remains high, though, that come the close of the transfer window, Boyé will be plying his trade at Mendizorrotza.

A fee in the region of €4 million is understood to be under discussion between the parties.
