Dennis Man is delighted with his move to Parma.

The 22-year-old completed the transfer on deadline day from Steaua Bucharest for €13m.

“I am well aware of how tough Italian football is. My teammates gave me a warm welcome, I feel ready to do my best and help the side," said the Romanian in his presentation press conference.

“Being Romanian, I must say Mutu inspired me a great deal, especially as he played in Italy and scored so many goals. If I have to choose an inspiration, it's Mutu.

“I have good technique and vision, have pace, and can adapt to situations quickly. I chose Parma because it's a club with so much history behind it. I am happy to be here and will do my best to respect the history of the club.

“I've been training with the team for a couple of days already and seen the tempo is completely different here to in Romania."
