According to reports, Dele Alli has done enough to earn a contract with Como that could be signed tomorrow, while they are also close to Barcelona’s Alex Valle, via Celtic.

Cesc Fabregas spoke about Alli’s presence with the club during today’s press conference and left the door open for his future, noting that the player had been “breathing in the atmosphere” of being part of a squad after a long time out of the game.

The 28-year-old creative midfielder had 37 senior caps for England, but his career faltered due to injuries and off the field problems, culminating in a spell on loan at Besiktas and his contract running down at Everton in the summer of 2024.

Meanwhile, Romano also reports that a deal is practically done to take left-back Alex Valle on loan from Barcelona.

The 20-year-old must first interrupt the planned season-long loan experience at Celtic, where he has so far contributed five assists in 18 competitive appearances.
