Danielle de Jong is officially a new Juventus Women player.
The 22-year-old Dutch goalkeeper arrives from FC Twente and has signed a contract with the club until 30 June, 2028.
Born in Geldermalsen, in the province of Gelderland, Danielle began her football journey in the youth system of VV Tricht, before continuing her development at CTO Eindhoven and then PSV, where she made her senior debut at the end of 2020.
In February 2023, she joined Twente, where she quickly rose to prominence, helping the team secure two league titles, one KNVB Cup, and two Dutch Super Cups.
Her strong performances in Enschede also earned her a place in the Dutch national team, where she made her debut in May 2024, keeping a clean sheet in a win over Finland.
She is now set to compete in the upcoming UEFA Women’s European Championship with the Netherlands.
Now, a new chapter awaits in Turin.
Welcome to Juventus, Danielle!
