Roma’s Curva Sud once again have announced their plan to boycott the current Friedkin ownership.
The section of ultras have officially announced that the upcoming match with Inter will include their absence during the first 15 minutes of playing time at Stadio Olimpico.
On his Instagram account, the leader of the Curva, wrote the following statement:
“On the occasion of Roma/Inter, the Curva Sud will remain outside – to further highlight the dissent given the importance of the match – for fifteen minutes and in silence to protest against a management that, to the promises, is not following up with actions.”
“Flags vilified, the original crest never returned, widespread disorganization, questionable merchandising, inadequate personnel selection to represent Roma in all respects, given their lack of knowledge of the Roman reality, of the history of A.S. Roma, of the traditional values of the Romanisti.”
“To lead Roma it is not enough to spend money but it is necessary to create and represent a club in which every Romanista can identify and be proud of.”
“Since this is not happening, Romanisti of all sectors are invited to unite in the protest. Friedkin family, we demand a change of direction.”
