West Ham travel to Crystal Palace fresh off an aggregate loss in the Europa League quarter finals, and need to pick up a result to stay in contention for continental competition places with Chelsea snapping at their heels. Chelsea are one point behind the Hammers with two games in hand. West Ham did themselves no favours by limply losing 2-0 at home to Fulham last week, and their hopes of making a fourth consecutive European competition may be over.

Crystal Palace upset the apple cart last week by beating Liverpool 1-0 away at Anfield, and with six games left in the season look to have separated themselves from the relegation fight. Another mid-table finish awaits the south London club, but new manager Oliver Glasner has reintroduced some excitement to the team.
