Cristian "El Chicote" Calderón returns to training with Chivas

Cristian “El Chicote” Calderón has already reported with Chivas after receiving special permission from the board.

Chivas allowed him to leave Cancún and he returned to the Verde Valle facilities, in Guadalajara, where he will continue with the preseason work for the 2021 Guard1anes season.

There, the rojiblanco team was reunited with Calderón, who was absent from training in the Mexican Caribbean due to the fact that he got married last weekend.

The Liguilla goalscorer was joined by Alejandro Mayorga, who returned to training after wrapping up his loans with Pumas this year.

Calderón scored four goals last season, including all three goals in the series against Club América, which helped them advance to the semi-finals.
