Coventry United forward Meesha Dudley-Jones has joined FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division club West Bromwich Albion on loan for the remainder of the season.

The Red and Greens announced the news this afternoon via a post on their official club Twitter account.

The young Welsh attacker was one of a flurry of new signings at Coventry United last summer. Dudley-Jones was a regular for the Warwickshire club during the first half of the season but has found game time more limited of late. The player has made 11 appearances for Coventry United in the Barclays Women’s Championship in which she has scored one goal.

Dudley-Jones joins a West Bromwich Albion side that have endured a challenging season in the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division. The West Midlands outfit are currently third-bottom of their league while they are the joint-second lowest goalscorers. Their latest new recruit will be hoping to bring goals to the club whilst helping them to enjoy a positive end to the season.

West Bromwich Albion are next in action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Stoke City in the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division. Dudley-Jones is likely to be available to make her debut in that match.
